Brandon and Kraze showed well, especially considering the 97 teams were pure 1997 birthdates, allowing U15's to play.

Agree. Good showing for pure U14 teams playing against U14/U15 academy teams.

Which participating teams had non 1997's on them? I thought this was the Pre-academy in which the teams are made up of only 97's and younger.

The academy teams are by birth year, so they were 1997 teams, made up of U14/U15 1997 players. The FPL teams are traditional school year, with only U14 1997 and 1998's on the team.

Were the FPL teams allowed to include older 97s in their teams for this weekend?

Probably, but I know Brandon and CFK did not and played with their U14 teams and did very well.

Is TBU that far off the chart that they lost 10-0 to a CASL team that CFK beat 4-0?

Yes. Surprised CFK only beat them 4-0.

TBU is not a Pre-Academy team. Why were they even there??

Because they are part of the FPL.

                            14s

seems like CPK and Brandon heads above others. Brandon was almost as good as others last year but added depth and talent to team. I hate to say this but would be surprised if they didnt win it all this year.

TBU has weak 14s and HCU and RSL were below our usual standards before the merger.

CFK is way better than Brandon.
