With the exception of the JFC girls 2007 ECNL team, just about the entire ECNL program at JFC is a smoking pile of trash. Mid to bottom of the table. And the only reason 2007 is winning is because it was a package poach/discount coach backroom deal...that level of JFC "development" is unlikely to repeat itself anytime soon at any other age group. Only loyalists have access to A teams at Veterans. The Lakeside Lilliputian and his unshaven band of former Creek, former FESA, low energy, lazy, good ol' boy D bag soccer parasites with a history of losing and only perfecting the soccer coach shuffle can f off to the "We hate Bubb club" called JFC.

Half the clubs should be comfortable wearing masks. Bandiitos!

So please tell us how you feel about TF. No matter whether he is quality or not, he inherited a dumpster fire of talent and culture at JFC on the girls' side sans the loaded/fesa poached 07 squad. How do you turn that around immediately? Same players. And parents moaning because coach actually challenged their soft, tryhard, coddled daughter on a loser team. How dare he?!?!?! You have to start at the younger age groups because the older age groups are a lost cause. And so it takes some time to fix things whoever the Director/coaches are. You either have a competitive program or kumbaya designed to reward favored parents. JFC does not know what they want to be or can't handle it.

I would take a competent coach living in his car but still contributing over some washed-up blowhard living in an oceanfront mansion on the beach. You are probably the sort that inherited money and had it easy. Never had any personal challenges in your life. Congratulations.

Tubby Terry wants to retire in the sun. ( those Virginia winters are frigid!) His boy Busby ( another con artist) got him onboard at JFC. Washed up has beens who are 20 years out of date. His record alone this season should be enough to get him sacked. He’s made teams worse!
