You are asking about an 11 year old so skills development is key. Assume you feel your player is pretty good since you're asking for the top clubs so look for ECNL or DA clubs. That list is quite small.Comment

The best 2007 girls teams in the area are Sunrise Sting, Weston FC, West Pines FC, Coral Springs FC. Each one and club has their own advantages and disadvantages. In Palm Beach County, the best 2007 girls teams would be Wellington or Palm Beach Gardens.Comment

So when you look at got soccer, no wonder the win % is high. You played second tier teams in your last tournament. I'm sure that was just an oversight in your post. Of the four teams you mentioned, the other three actually play a real schedule and have a real club. Weston will continue to develop and eventually you will realize that in order to play in college you need to play real teams and have a real club.
