Best Soccer Fields in Portland?

Not from Portland, but visit often during summer with family and crazy soccer kids.
Looking for the best soccer fields in Portland that is open to the public or they don't
care if people play on it. Modern tuft fields and great grass fields with nets.
Looking at Buckman Field Park and Delta Park, but haven't had a chance to stop by.
Any other suggestions? Kid friendly parks with less bums and drug addicts, if possible.

Bonus: I know too much to ask, but great if there are local clubs that have friendly scrimmages on the weekends at said parks or home parks. Crazy, right? Just like when we were kids and played pick up basketball, football, etc at the park.

any turf field in portland is great. not too many clubs if any will be having open scrimmages just on a random weekend though. all we do here is tournaments in the summer. except one year bsc had open weekends and that stopped.

5-9 on Sunday's are open play on 2.5 turf fields.
Third stadium field to begin construction on July 1st
