Wachusett will be # 1 seed have first-round bye likely and will be tough to beat at home.

      Marlboro probably # 2 seed
      Then Gonk or Westboro
Grafton weaker schedule and walker system

Bottom of the pack but in playoffs
      Nashoba
      North Middlesex
      Doherty (will win their division)

Probably won't be as many teams as last year in playoffs.

Right now Wachusett and Grafton are the top 2 seeds. They will be followed by Nashoba, Marlboro, Algonquin, Westboro, North Middlesex, potentially Shepherd Hill and then Doherty.

Grafton will probably not be #2 seed based on their weaker schedule and Walker System. Not sure how the Walker system is run, but this is last years seeds.

          Bracket Notes:
          1. Wachusett (14-0-4) 119.16
          2. Nashoba (13-2-3) 118.43
          3. Algonquin (12-3-3) 117.10
          4. Marlboro (12-4-2) 109.27
          5. Westboro (9-7-2) 97.02
          6. North Middlesex (12-3-3) 95.51
          7. Grafton (15-3-0) 94.65
          8. Tantasqua (9-7-2) 84.64
          9. Burncoat (11-6-1) 83.85
          10. Doherty (6-8-4) 80.36

They revamped the SOS component which now helps out the SWCL teams. Grafton will be much higher.

SWCL strength of schedules is typically weaker than others. So how will this help them as doesn't revamping the SOS component become counter-intuitive to the whole point of having the Walker System in the first place? Should not be rewarded for having high record, but play weak schedule.

Grafton's is still low compared to Wachusett and the other teams but they jumped up almost a whole point for the SOS factor from last year.

Where are you seeing the SOS?

Well I guess the delusional parents will finally get it now. I know of 4 who don't play SHS and I'm sure there are some I'm missing. We are not talking about private school players these girls attend SHS.
Ok, SHS is winless 11 games into the season. The 3-4 players who aren’t playing may have contributed to 3 wins. This is a program that played in the state championship game 5 years ago. What has happened????

That was actually 8 years ago. 2010.

It is nowhere online. Only coaches/AD's have the actual number for each team. It is a something that needs to be figured out. The past 2 years SOS was based on what division your opponent was in. They re-organized it and gave point values to each team which was good and bad.

People have tried to explain. About 6-7 years ago the club players were asked to make a choice between town and club. The girls who were tracking to be very skilled picked club and never looked back. Shrewsbury should reach out to those girls and ask them to play for their HS. If they don't actively go after the TOP club players (not just any club or the second/third team from the strong clubs) they will continue to lose games. Look at Wachusett, Algonquin, Westborough, Nashoba. Their top 6-7 girls are on the TOP teams at NEFC, Stars, GPS, Seacoast, even as far as Oakwood.

Too bad those kids were forced to make that decision. In hindsight, if SYS did what every other town does (encourage girls to play as much soccer as possible), SHS might be near the top of the table. The SYS program is very good and has very good teams at U12 and below. And then you have the split at the older ages when kids have to make that decision.
