Last year they took a Region team 1999 to London, 2000 to Brazil, and 2001 to Costa Rica. There will be events after Boca in Thanksgiving.

There are about 100 GDA 2001-2002 players in Fl. The Region ODP teams are pulling from many states and only selecting 18 players. A new ODP star can enter when another leaves.

If the were stars they would have been selected the 1st time they are players with lesser skills that will be going now. You can try and reword it all you want but it's the truth.

There are 18 stars on the Region roster. When a star leaves for DA, injury or any reason then a new star can be born onto the region roster.

There are gobs of pool alternates waiting in the wing. No worries about a DA player leaving.

Why don't the players arrive on Thurs evening or Friday morning before Thanksgiving and have games Friday evening, Sunday, and Tuesday oR some age groups on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday and be done before Thanksgiving. Private schools are off the entire week.
