State Cup teams

Last year they delayed the draw to accommodate unplayed FSPL games. Regardless, seeded teams are placed in groups by seed points for the second round, no need for a draw. The draw is really about the first round.

The links in the earlier posts of this thread now show accepted teams for state and presidents cups. Commissioners cup draw has taken place and results are on the fysa site.

Talent pool has been thinned out as well. More teams & less talent is not a good combo.
