Not going to happen. Stars don't allow coaches to be affiliated with colleges. UML woman's soccer program affiliation would bring the Stars branding down several notches.

If he gets it, I give him 2 years before he's fired.

not so..Stars also didn't want any coaches associated with high school. The DOC didn't even want players associated with high school. JD wanted more money in his pocket so he cut some salaries back to pay the note on the mortgage. Now, more than a couple of them are manning the ships at high schools to make up for some $$

UML has one finalist from the STARS, maybe 2. Also was told that CM was taking it over!

CM will not improve this team. Another year of players and parents complaining. There are local high school teams that are better. Recruiting is difficult because of location of school.......

Looks like FPC hires Monroe Community Coach to take over in Rindge. He will get the international pipe line going again

UML should give CM a shot. She is loved by the girls on the team.

They need a staff that can identify and bring in talent not a loved one.

She can identify talent & has brought in several very talented players to the program. They are in a building phase, it takes a few years but they are headed in the right direction.

We have a different definition of talent. Take a look at the men's team there are difference makers on the roster. It's a mute point she's not in the running it's down to 2 and I hope they take the local option because they need players now.

With signing day next week I doubt a new coach would be bringing in new players. Who are the 2 finalists, since you seem to know

That's not necessarily true sometimes naming someone can have an immediate response to players questioning their current situation whether it's a transfer or committed player. Not to mention the overseas window is still open. The hire will be made public soon enough so no need to make public who lost out. Would love to see the program do well regardless.

Heard he was responsible for bringing in the foreign talent on the men's side. If he can tap into his resources and hire a nice staff this would be a great hire.
