If that's true, then why are Slammers, who have teams in 2 out of the 3 GDA finals, going back to ECNL? Why would a team that was that successful in GDA return to ECNL? The only possible reason is that they see ECNL as a better challenge for their players and a better way to fulfill their obligation to their players of helping them prepare to play at the next level. And normal parents across the country see the soccer only, and no high school sports thing as a bridge to far within the normal development of their kids. Quality clubs are beginning to listen to their consumers.

Always laughing when Ecnl and GDA idiots are on here fighting with each other by talking about other clubs and teams thousands of miles away with legitimately no relationship with them or they even play them.....Ecnl teams play crap teams that wouldn't even be best in their own states including Oregon and GDA is 90% smoke and mirrors.

It's like Timbers alliance teams talking about a really good team from Pennsylvania who would crap on any team from Oregon but happens to play in the same association they do.

Think about it. When was the last time thorns or cu or FC Portland actually used their name to describe their achievements or even had an achievement....
