I like the part on the end. That's funny. There are no 2006, 2005, 2004 or 2002 teams at Sachem.

embarrassing. I played sachem travel growing up. we were a tremendous club, competitive in every age group. Now its the laughing stock of LI soccer. They should do a 30 for 30 on the downfall of this club..

Yup! Lips and his effing cronies are scumbags as bad as Susa! They go in fleece teams and funnel good players to their kid's teams. They fly under the radar because they aren't as big as Susa, but they,re just as bad

I wish everyone at Sachem who is complaining about smithtown stealing players on the boys side would get their facts straight. Sachem couldn't filed teams so players were told about the smithtown tryouts from the Sachem board. The president and board members were at some of the smithtown tryouts last year watching. The club may be a shell of itself but they informed boys of other tryouts in area instead of leading them on and not having any team to play. They didnt fleece teams. The clubs worked together. If Smithtown went in and stole all their players, then why would Sachem and Smithtown be partners in a summer tournament.

Do you really think that the President of Sachem is going to accuse Smithtown of stealing their teams and players when his own son's team is one of those that went over to Smithtown to play?

But it wasn't a secret. Everyone knew. how is this Smithtown or Lips stealing players? They came over voluntarily. All the boys that came over came on their on accord. No one forced them. There was a Sachem tryout and there was a smithtown tryout. The Sachem tryouts didn't attract enough kids and they came to Smithtown. What were the boys choices if they wanted to play and Sachem couldn't field a team.

With Lips, he is getting paid by Smithtown and Sachem. What benefit would it be to move all players to smithtown. Then he loses the Sachem gig. Why would he forgo having another club use his organization just to consolidate under Smithtown. makes no senses. Last I checked, 2 organizations employing your trainers is better than 1

Just a smart move. One club helping and working with another. It's called collaboration. It works in the real world also

any time whenever a local town team has partnered with another organization to train their kids...KIDS WILL Move. (especially when the organization you bring in to help train also coach competitive travel teams)...kids will be poached/or asked to move....its like inviting the wolf to your house then wonder why you are missing more and more chickens!!!
