I am new to this with the club. So in traditional terms Pro is A, Red ,B and Blue the C teams. And is this across all age groups and the girls?

Currently, Pro, Red and blue only applies to the boys side starting from 2008. The younger boys team names are Messi, Suarez Busquets, etc. On the girls side there is only 1 team per age group so for now a,b,c doesn't apply.

pretty much yes.

I think all teams receive quality training. The 02 Red team won the Final Four in their age group and 04 Red went to the NPL playoffs.

They have some quality 2nd teams throughout the club.

C they don't care about (Blue) Some reds they care about if they are good

I agree but people like the training and saying they play for Barca i guess.
