NEFC’s website says it is excepting applications for their thanksgiving tournament. They claim teams from MLS, GA, ECNL, EDP AND NEP will attend as well as teams from Canada (even though there is a travel ban). Can anyone confirm their clubs attending and what are the chances Massachusetts even allows this?

We know 1 club that won't be participating in this tournament.....south shore select. Their fall season ends this weekend at the Bolts tournament.

Even the soccer is FAKE as your purists say something is better than nothing.
They already lost last March and Labor Day weekend revenue, if it doesn’t happen, all you NEFC parents might see as much as a $300 increase per child. Not mentioning how much some of the facilities will loose with no one using those fields those two weekends...

I was talking to someone this past weekend and he said none of the Adult leagues are running there and they were looking for people to Ref for free when they tried to restart in July. They said none of the adults wanted to wear masks and just quit.
Basically the facility is at like 20% utilization now where it would usually be in the 60% range

The indoor/outdoor complexes like Forekicks seem to be fine.
