The problem is GA clubs feel threatened by ECNL and are likely spreading rumours to deflect. Pretty crazy what youth soccer has developed to here in the States.

Honestly, their Director of girls programming. He’s arrogant, dismissive and nasty. He’s there for the money and getting girls to sign up for his own personal training classes (sound familiar?). And his wife is second in command so they pretty much run the show unchecked. It’s no wonder the girls are tanking in GA and leaving in droves.

Easy to figure out this GA thing is gonna blow up eventually. Clubs are jumping ship and more are lining up to do so apparently even getting desperate with petitions like Tophat. Pretty soon GA will be EDP 2.0

Ukies are 6-4-23 so far this year. And thats just games recorded so far. ECNL club in the making right?

They were EDP Div 2/3 for most ages and now they are in GAL?? Does that league have any standards for acceptance?

If you think that’s bad, Delaware 06s lost 14-0 to FCV. That’s not a typo. How do you have a respectable “elite” league with these score lines???

Let’s put this in perspective. The Ukies fires the 08 coach for having an affair with a players parent. No one can say that this isn’t a fair response. The things kids learn from soccer are more than just the game - morals and behavior just to start. So the team follows him to Bucks. The Ukies are then left with a B team so to speak. With no tryouts last year for anyone it’s going to take them time to rebuild

And some of the girls that followed SB will get screwed next year when they combine both ECNL and RL teams together, he has only loyalty to certain kids on his team

And this surprises anyone? Most of what happens in youth soccer these days unfortunately teaches the kids the wrong values, opposite of loyalty, trust, respect and ultimately doing the right thing.
