"Following a torrent of swift and sometimes embarrassing court moments over the last week, a Pennsylvania appellate judge on Thursday handed the Trump campaign a legal victory in the state, albeit a minor one, ruling that election officials cannot include a small portion of mail-in ballots in the state’s total vote tabulation"
“Here’s the deal: Biden’s lead in Pennsylvania is over 54,000,” University of Kentucky College of Law professor Joshua A. Douglas wrote in an email to Law&Crime. “There’s surely nowhere near that number of ballots subject to this decision to make up that kind of lead.”
SCOTUS doesn't have the authority to make states do a recount. They can only rule on the case as it's presented. Trump law firms are dropping him left and right, desperate to keep their respected big corporate clients that pay their bills. Sheldon Addleson's paper (he gave Trump well over $100M) just told Trump to call it quits. GOP politicians are starting to peel away, so is Fox.

Regardless of whatever one they go with the vast majority of Americans won't get a vaccine until well into spring/summer. It's a logistical nightmare never seen before - from production, supplies, supply chain/distribution and implementation.

It's embarassing to watch because its so pitiful.
