For heavens sake, some players are better than others. Coaches and parents should be able to have an honest conversation with kids and say that (nicely of course). Don’t disadvantage another because you have no balls to do the right thing.

This approach maximizes profits and minimizes friction (with players and parents).

What would be Oakwood - Macy’s going out of business.
FSA - Kmart total waste of time and money

None of this matters. The best players might be subbing and backing up a biological male on a roster in the future, but none of them will ever become stars and outshine their male-born counterparts that will now be allowed to compete with them.
The future of women’s soccer in the US is 11 biological males on the field.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostThe same can be said about FSA and Oakwood; just at much lesser success. Oakwood “developed” kids get jettisoned at older ages and can’t play outside the Oakwood system. Seen it many, many times. FSA picks the most athletic kids and ignores the skilled ones; so the skilled players tend to leave. So not denying what you said about CFC (branches that aren’t South and North; who both actually do develop), but others are guilty of the same.
