OP wrote something like this at another site.
I think she is a bit troll and nuts
since she claims her dd is all-star regional basketball
player that could be recruited by Ivy, now soccer player, evidently.
But I could be mistaken, so.....

This is a part cattle call, discovery, and recruitment ID camp.
There is a good range from D1 to D3.
Good schools actually like Amherst, Wellesley, Brown, etc.
I would expect some good competition. Most likely, there
will be girls who trying to be recruited and wrote to the
    coaches beforehand.

The format will be skills, small side, separation of players,
11 v 11, moving players up or down.
If you have done ODP, very similar.
Obvious who are the good players.

ID camps are good if you use it in proper context that it is used to
raise money and the target players are already there.
Your dd gets the benefits of the experience.

Oh, you are right. There are never kids who play more than one sport! Mine swims and plays soccer. I must be a troll.

What, playing women's professional soccer and making $30K a year? So much winning! Mine is using soccer to parlay into an excellent school which will parlay into an excellent career path. No need for 365 to do that. Balance is a good thing for emotional and physical well being.

I am the OP, my DD only plays soccer (she plays NEFC DA so she can't really do anything else). I know all the othr kids on her team got the exact email too so I'm guessing it went to every upper level player in massachusetts.

Not sure how that makes me a troll? A bunch of us parents were wondering if the camp was worth it, many of the parents need FA money for college. I guess I should be sorry for asking a simple question on TS.

If money is tight I'd focus on the schools she really wants and attend their own individual events. The multi-school events can be beneficial but are less likely to be. If an assistant is there from a top pick of hers she will probably still have to go play for the head coach on campus anyway. May as well go straight through. Just make sure to check ahead of time that they're interested in her (via club coach).

All but two of the girls on my DD’s basketball team also play soccer. That probably makes them 10 of the thousands of kids in MA who play two sports? I don’t know if any other soccer site so maybe you are the troll?????

Ludicrous. You do realize all these posts are anonymous. Probably tons of people getting ID camp emails right now. It's the season.

SO many people have athletes taht play more than one sport. Most great athletes are good at more than one sport. Don't be sour becuase kids take advantage of that for college admissions.

Christ on a crutch. Nothing gets Southies more worked up
than talking about sports and Ivy league and free money.

                              Oh maybe lottery tickets.
