Kind of like how OW never posts when they lose but if they win it's all over their social media platforms? At least CFC keeps their public bragging to college commits. That's sufficient.

Shocker, same results as years past and nearly same as OW at national event:

            U16:
CFC 0:2 Ohio Elite Soccer Academy
            TSC Hurricane 1:1 FSA

            U17:
            CFC 3:2 AHFC
            Concorde Fire 3:3 FSA

            U19:
            FSA 0:2 Tampa Bay United
            CFC 0:3 Florida Krush

            FSA 0-2-1 -2 GD - 2 PTS
            CFC 1-0-2 -4 GD - 3 PTS

VERDICT: Neither CT ECNL club is very good (against mostly mediocre competition).

Is competition based on similar records from last year? Not sure how to gauge some of these posts as to wins ties loses vs teams played.

CFC didn’t bring their 18’s and the CFC 17’s beat a top 10 team from last year and tied a top 5 team today that beat PDA 5-2 yesterday. So you’d be wrong.

So same as FSA 17’s? 1 win and 1 tie.

That would be a NO. The teams FSA is playing are bottom of the barrel. 2 currently not qualified for any post season play and 1 at the bottom of the Showcase standings. But, they are off to a good start. Their record is already better than last year’s. No where to go but up when you are dead last...hahaha. Great coach they have!

You do realize that some teams in other (warmer) parts of the country are at least halfway through their club season. So...yeah...if they are currently NOT qualified for post season play, come June, they still won’t be! FSA 17’s won’t qualify either.

Do other ECNL clubs bring a bloated rosters all ages team at U18? Or do they actually bring there U18’s and get them prepared for college? Just curious?

FSA 17's playing just as tough of a draw. FSA will surprise teams in NE conference and take down CFC this year also.

FSA will surprise teams as not being as crappy as last year.

Their new cheer. We suck less. We suck less.
