Because all you have to do is show up and say NEFC and players flock there. Please! Take your arrogance some place else and face the reality. NEFC had a little stint in recent past and with the U12 DA revoked you have zero selling point. Another kid in the crowd block.

Quabbin has some quality players. A few girls moving on to play college ball.

Lots of girls play for Stars Npl/Ecnl and regional Lancaster and Worcester teams. Some quality players some not so much. NEfc Wachusett will not make an impact on the girls side IMO.its not like Stars is far away... On the boys side many play for gps, NEfc, FC USA (FC United), and spol. I see a bigger opportunity on the boys side with the younger age group. The biggest issue with ALL of these satellite clubs is field space/availability. they really need a turf field with lights and they just don’t exist in the Wachusett region. I know of many parents that have gone to Stars because of the field space and the consistent practice times/location. They are not getting bounced around last minute due to field availability etc. I do give a thumbs up to Tim Hallet. He’s a quality coach.

Tim Hallett is one of the best coaches around! Sorry you lost him Stars. NEFC gained a great asset! Well rounded coach with alot to offer the club and players. Agreed!! He has the perfect balance of discipline, assertiveness, excitement, and fun! Boys are energized to perform when he’s coaching.

Agreed! If you have a U-7 that needs their diaper changed, then Tim Hallett is your man! That’s what he did on FC Stars JUNIOR Academy - change diapers and serve orange slices. Way to go NEFC, you’ve hired a great coach!

I’d say the “not so much” quality players end up at NEFC Wachusett. The few girls from that area who play for Stars NPL/ECNL will never end up at NEFC. What does NEFC offer top players other than a dysfunctional DA team?
