Why No US National Threat? Why no U16 DA?

I think this is an issue with US Soccer and was wondering if we could have a thread to discuss it?

I like many of the issues mentioned on this article.

I also agree with the with needing U16 separate from the U17 or two separate teams playing in U17 plus the U18 separate from the U19. I think the priority should be the U16 separate team because the U19 many of the players may be in College.
