Post Official U15/16 - 98 Development Academy Thread

Ok. Here we go. New Season. 2014-2015

Last season Florida teams had a successful campaign with 3 teams topping the Southeast Division. Look for Orlando City to lead the pack this year with many 98s likely returning for a second run at the age group. You can be confident the following teams will be making strong playoff runs once again.

Orlando City
Weston FC
Kendall SC
Chargers SC

Actually he didn't. Still trying to make it. But I decided to create the thread anyway.

OC team will not impress anyone. The team underachieved last year and they did not pick up anyone of interest. Rush picked up 3 or 4 new players and will be the team to beat again. OC might pick up one or two from thr 99 DA team but they will not be a factor. Coach was put there by default. He doesn't even want to be there.

Chargers yes. Boca no. Some 99s left to either Weston or Kendall for full DAs.

I imagine VP at Weston is having a hard time choosing the kids for his team, you have the old 98's , Weston academy 99's and players from margate, boca and toros trying to make the team, definetly a good problem to have; if the kids stay even at the reserve they will have a very strong team to play u16.

Where did the Sunrise 98's go? Did they stay at Sunrise or will they be helping an Academy this year? There were 2 or 3 that could have a good impact to any team.

well the boys from Toros were 2000 so they will be joining the U14 level at weston. The U14 team will be very strong because that is there best age group.
