In this day and age, how can anyone sit in a board room and determine salaries differently based on sex?
I get that they have different collective bargaining agreements but that doesn't excuse it.
The pay differences are glaring.

The women are exponentially more successful. The women generate a lot more money.
If anything, the women should be paid more than the pathetic men.
