And as long a blind and clueless families get snuckered into paying travel team to be on C, D, and E teams with joystick babysitter coaches, the budget will balance and the charade marches on. It is very interesting how the FESA shills monitoring the TS never disclose anything about how Board members become board members. You can be very sure there is a good reason or bad reason they don't. It would very likely indicate the kabal that it is. If you think FESA's board really cares about their rank and file members more than they care about Bubb and getting their kids taken care of, you are beyond clueless.

It is a mystery but the answer is somewhere. When the clubs became One did they decide to appoint a board with a five year contract like Bubb�s? Bubb�s contractual terms and liability stayed with Creeks. Creeks hires him and should the merge with JYSC end, Creeks would have to pay Bubb�s salary or for any lawsuits. But JYSC covers Bubb with long term board members and paid office managers.

There are always plenty of shills looking out for their kids willing to be Bubb's minions on the Board and pretty much do and give Bubb everything he wants as long as the budget balances.

DOC do learn to have a loyal board because the job depends on it. But DOCs have to carry out the job responsibilities to get the renewal contract. When has Bubb sent out an email or communication besides the yearly town hall meeting that is put out to the players to come and wear their volt for the cheers with no hard questions asked or answered.

But as far as Board meeting notices, or nominations/elections to the Board, minutes from meetings, you will NEVER find anything hardly from them anywhere. Much like the Kremlin which is very interesting for a non-profit that relies heavily on taxpayer subsidized real estate to operate.

People want to know where the fees are going and the financial expenditures and status of their club. Why not share about the club? The club does not belong to the executive director who is hired by the board? The club is not owned by the board members. Or is it owned and no longer a nonprofit youth community club?
