It's still the beginning of May, plenty of time to plan for different scenarios. No one wants schools to stay closed, especially parents. From CT site above:
0-19 years old: 2/837... 0.23% mortality rate with no vaccine nor therapeutics
20-59 years old: 170/17147... 1.0% mortality rate with no vaccine or therapeutics
The above mortality rates are probably much lower because asymptotic cases were not counted/missed.
