    3- Attitude & coachable players

Player evaluations are continually done throughout the season using Zoom Reports,
a state of the art technology platform.

It is based solely on these criteria in regards to how teams are formed with no
    discretionary input or influence.

It is for this reason the teams formed are consistently optimal.

There are times when a talented player is not committed and also has a bad attitude.

A player with talent but a bad attitude who is not properly committed will not be placed on white teams per the criteria.

All white team players have demonstrated superior commitment and attitude.
With that, slight talent deficiencies can be overcome quickly.

No preferential treatment exists during the PBG team selection process.

Furthermore, if a player demonstrates high levels of these qualities mid-season, he/she
will be moved up accordingly. If a players commitment and attitude deteriorate mid-season, he/she will be moved down accordingly.

    Thank you.

If the parent writes a nice check, player moved up accordingly
If the parents mom is on Adams dick, the player is moved up accordingly

Someone's kid didn't make the "A" team. Boo hooo. Instead of posting this nonsense take the kid out into the yard and kick the ball around. Make it a habit. He'll improve.

To say there is No preferential treatment in every club is a downout lie. For example, if a parent with deep pockets pays the club’s DOC for private lessons every week of the year, a B team play will be moved up to the A team. An extra $400-$500 a month is a good motivation to put a player on a A team. It is all about the money.

Sorry mom,, I don’t see ANY team at PBG as an A team! Rec teams that play travel. Never will be a competative club

Very false, private training makes a player more technical and skilled, thus more likely to be placed on highest teams.

Also, most DOCs in the state of FL make much more than PBG DOC

LMFAO. Are you serious? Do you know what he makes? Well over 6 figures! There are some college coaches that don’t make what he makes! Wake up stupid, unless this is just Adam trying to downplay his salary! He gets a piece of EVERY kid that joins that club... this is why he could care less about the travel older groups! His money is in the younger rec program.... if you don’t know that, you know nothing

AG has taken PBG from an unknown and poor performing club to being one of the biggest and
best performing clubs in all of SF. Soccer in PBC is only viable because of the efforts of him
and the top notch team he has assembled. We have been with several clubs and PBG
Predators is the best we have experienced by far, true professionals there.

All I know is that my kid has a ball, has made several good friends, and is improving consistently. Can't ask for more than that. Don't need to worry about soccer as a springboard for college since the weighted gpa is always 4.0+ However, I do worry about people who come on a soccer board just to trash a club. What kind of children are you raising?

4.0 weighted GPA? Not that great of a GPA. No way you could get into FSU, UF, or U with that GPA!!!! UCF might also be boarderline. Don’t worry you can always do TCCtoFSU. Concentrate on lower level schools like UNF, FAU, or UFS.

Sounds like he is taking low level classes or getting a lot of C’s in college level AP classes. Since he plays for Predators you don’t have to worry about being noticed for colleges soccer. Maybe spend some more time with the books becuase 4.0 weighted GPA will not get you into any top state/out of state college.
