Ok, at this point we need to get our hands on the actual audio of the call. There is already precedent for this. Just like Nixon was ordered to turn over his recordings I predict Trump will likewise be ordered to turn this one over. Who wants to bet it will turn out there is a �gap� in the call?

Trump keeps telling people he released " an exact" copy of the transcript, according to him "word for word, every comma." In fact the only thing that is "word for word" is an audio recording. At the very top of the transcript the WH released, before you even read the content, it literally says "this is not an exact transcript." Rather it's based on the notes and recollections of several people in the room and listening in from the NCA. Vindman is one of those people who was listening. As you said he wanted other things in the document that the WH didn't include. Why hasn't the WH presented anyone else who can provide a contrary view to what was said? If the call was so "perfect" as Trump claims, why not release the audio? Why won't he let anyone else testify to verify his side of the story? Trump complains about the "witch hunt" that maybe he could shut down in 24 hours if he wanted to. All the questions lead to two possibilities - he relishes the fight and attention and thinks he can use it to get him re-elected, or, he's just guilty A.F. In Trump's case it could be both.
