This is also a good one - note that the averages are across all sports, not just soccer. But at least you can see the differences D1 vs D2 in total, as well as by school

The other part of the statement is true about funding being spotty. I assume it would go from 0 up to 9.9 and the coach can divvy up that money at his own discretion.

It won't give you the # of scholarships but how much they give in total; you can approximate from there. But that one schoarshipstats link shows the overall total sports awards and you can see the average award for D2 is very low. It shows Assumption is $4500 for women's sports and Stonehill $6500
...and the same can be said for some of the Patriot league schools (HC, Lafayette, Lehigh) except that there's no merit money offered at these schools.

Look at all your options based on ACADEMICS!!!! Not soccer. My D got $32K in merit $$ at D3 at her first choice school. Her D2 package offers were much lower. Just look at every option.
