There are kids on thorns that were cut from high school teams. $50 per year is fair.

So what! You people are so mean. That’s probably why they keep rosters secret so people don’t put them down.

High school JV is still quality soccer.

Try out for high school and if you get cut the thorns are a decent fall back position.

If by "cut from high school teams" you mean "underclassmen on the younger Thorns teams were not allowed to play varsity", sure. Many HS coaches won't allow younger kids to mix with grown women, no matter how talented.

If you mean "seniors on the U19 Thorns squad couldn't make their own HS varsity team", bullsh!t.

All joking aside, most of the top players enjoy high school soccer and recall high school teams and games as fondest memories. Most girls don’t want to give up school and friends just to play soccer 24/7. There are a few who only care about soccer and don’t even attend school at all or have any life or friends outside of soccer. For those few, gda can seem like heaven. Whatever your choice, enjoy it because it’s over too soon.

Showing your lack of knowledge. There is at least one senior on the u19 team who was cut from her HS time. That's why she moved to Thorns.

If you do have children, don't come on here and talk about them. It's not hard.

Now that cuts are made for varsity high school are they filling up thorns rosters?

Are thorns an Eastside team or Westside team now?
