Wasn't the IMG academy guy taking tests and fixing answers for ACT/SAT (varsity blues) an Ivy grad? Celtics' asst who took money for spots in school Ivy grad? Plenty of great and also not so great.

Yep, the guy is classic. Tells everyone else they are stupid if they don't send their kids to Massasoit while secretly demanding and strategizing for his own kids to go to Harvard. AND THEN has the audacity to come on here and trash anyone seeking a brand-name school. Can't make it up.

What he says is target where your kid will be successful both in the classroom and out on the soccer field. If Massasoit is where that is so be it. If you are going to incessantly bash at least don't lie about what was written.

Amazing distortion. If you listen to this guy no one was even gonna pursue college without an athletic scholarship. And we all know that the demographics of the club soccer community reveal these folks to be among the poorest in the country. No wonder the scholarship chase is such a big deal. Not good enough for a soccer scholarship? Then I guess you aren't going to college. Sad.

College tuitions being what they are these days, some people can't pursue college without an athletic scholarship. Not everyone is a trust fund kid.
