Not allowed per Bethany zoning. At least they have indoor space on site.

A fall-only problem and many of the teams (united) that use the site aren't in session then because they have HS ball.

If true that Bethany zoning prohibits it, then why would they build that facility in Bethany before addressing that issue with zoning first? Wow.

The lights attract bats and insects.

Electrical plans for lights would have been known as it would have been part of the approval process (electrical plans). They may have decided the site was worth the tradeoff. What's weird is it isn't a residential area - it borders the woods and a row of commercial buildings. Our town doesn't allow lights at the HS past a pretty early evening hour because all it takes is a few noisy homeowners to get stuff done.

There is a residential street almost directly across from CFC Park and also through the woods not far behind as well.

The lights attract insects. The insects attract bats. What is wrong with bats? Doesn't Bethany have street lights, porch lights ..... ?
