When can they be kids and get their homework done, sleep, hang out with friends when training four nights a week and traveling 6 hours one way for one game?

GDA starters are leaving and trying out for EDP teams only because they got suspended because DM ran around to girls high school soccer games, filmed his former DA players playing for their high schools, then sent the videos to USDA to rat them out.

What’s wrong with holding cheating players and families accountable for their actions? They were knowingly breaking the rules.

Yes people who knowingly break the rules should have consequences when caught.

The problem in this case is that the messenger in this case was ok with breaking the rules until changing clubs. They should have consequences too.

Agreed that part is a bit perplexing especially if it’s proven that DM did indeed exhibit the behaviour you mention. How do you know it was him????

There is nothing wrong with holding people accountable for breaking the rules. The problem lies with his intention. His intention was not to uphold the integrity of the rules of the DA. His intention was to be vindictive, to seek revenge against the organization that fired him and the children that did not agree to follow him to his new organization. His intention was to hurt and punish these children because their parents had the knowledge, intelligence, and understanding not to follow a man who is not a skilled coach or trainer to a new organization.

That’s a real shame if that’s the case, really bad intentions to do that to a bunch of kids.

Have a butchers at the NJ forum threads. Its been discussed here for months. A coach even shared the information on her public facebook page. You can get further verification yourself by speaking with the coaches and players parents of the organization that sacked him.

Training 4x per week isn't an issue. Traveling an hour or more to practice 4x a week, dealing with homework, traveling most of the weekend for away games and spending money like it doesn't matter is. I know girls that play NL/EDP that train 4+ nights a week between their club, personal training and going to a strength and agility on their own. You don't need a DA or ECNL academy for that.

Good luck if you want high exposure with top schools for your child in NL/EDP. Just not the same if that is your goal. If not makes sense for you.
