Seriously, why do clubs put kids in these situations where they cannot compete? WFF is an NPL level club so why are they in DA, the supposed highest level of competition. Do adults egos get in the way of doing right by the kids? It’s sad.

The money from the funding grant from USSF will be used for the Stadium and new training facility at JC Handly. Any excess money left over will be used to keep the top level coaching staff.

It's true. The upcoming High School season has always forced families to reconsider GDA at this time of year - especially when the GDA players are miserable and their friends at school are fired up.

It has nothing to do with high school soccer. These girls are realizing the development has gotten worse in the last 3 years and they are just tired of it.

You trolls are amazing. They have only played 2 GDA seasons, meaning 2 years. This is the actual 3rd season and year 3, they are only 3 weekends into this season. They have gotten better each week and things are continuing to improve. The development has gotten better and the results will show in the Winter Showcase. League results don't matter anyways, DA is about the development from more training and less games.

That leads to a whopping 2 commitments from a GDA club in 2021.

Hell, FC Sarasota has more commitments that WFF for the 2021 class.

FD is a clown of a coach. More interested in promoting his soccer school than developing our team. Misses weeks of "development" and games, how is it possible for us to improve? the motivated girls have to get training on the side.

Top level coaches have a lot going on and miss practices and games. You're lucky to have FD. Fishhawk has fallen apart since he left. He brings soccer knowledge from Spain back and shares it with WFF GDA.
