The added U16 age group for one. The player pool is already thin and lacking talent. They will be spread too thin with players and coaches. Coaches only showed up half the time or less with no consequences for under achieving, bad results, no scholarships and poor coaching ability. They struggled to keep up with the teams they had for two seasons, now they will not be able to keep up with an added team. We lost more talent this season than we added at tryouts.

No one hates your club as it is an endless source of amusement. Clubs send their players there knowing a win is in the bag. Coaches love you because the relief players get valuable play time and the starters can rest. The gift that keeps on giving as they say.

Not sure what you're watching, but the U16 team is going to be incredibly strong this season. Great new talent coming in with a couple of stars in the mix. They're going to be able to play with anyone.

You TBU parents are so great. You beat a last place team twice, and the second to last place team twice. Those two teams, each of whom only won two games all season accounted for HALF of your season wins. The rest were sub-500 teams as well, and you're playing in a second-tier league. I'm sure you'll get a few kids signed to sit on benches during college. All they know is kickball.

Clearly you know nothing about development. WFF is a top 15 GDA program. YY did this in 2 seasons. He can coach all the teams.
