IMO, that's a decent loss for Ironbound - I thought they'd lose by a lot more than 1.

AS Junior beat South Hackensack by a lot. And The Football Academy won by a lot over CSA Hudson too.

I'll take a shot - instead of a team-by-team list, I'll put teams in groups and then try to rank them in each group. I only have EDP north A and B flights and EDP central A flight teams here.

            Group 1

1 - Red Bulls (basically an all-star team that plays split-squad games with no real GKs)
            2 - CSA Bergen A
3 - TFA A (based mainly on Center Court's performance last year)
            4 - Union
            5 - Liverpool
            6 - CSA Monmouth
            7 - Valencia

            Group 2

            1 - CSA SI
            2 - CSA Bergen B
            3 - PDA
            4 - TFA B
            5 - STA MUSC
            6 - MFA
            7 - Europa Lions
            8 - Torpedoes
            9 - Ironbound
            10 - Homdel

            Group 3

            1 - Vistula
            2 - AS Junior
            3 - CSA HV
            4 - Jackson
            5 - Pro Soccer Academy

            Group 4 (no real order)

            South Hackensack
            Ocean
            Princeton FC
            PSA Princeton

CSA Bergen is going to destroy the Red Bulls. Not having a real goalie is tough and CSA shoots from anywhere on the field and all their free kicks are direct regardless of where they are in the field. Their players are very skilled at 1v1 so the only way to stop them is physically challenge them most likely ending in free kicks.

7 - CSA Bergen White II is good but I'd rank them below CSA Monmouth and TFA Black. I think either they win the north B flight or the TFA B team will. I'd rank them about 10.

11 The Football Academy Black - I'd rank them a lot higher (top 5).

                  13 - Bloomfield - I'd rank them a lot lower - they're in the C flight.

16 - Global Jersey City - is this the JC town program? Either way, this rank seems too high. Who did this team beat so far?

#20 - Sportsfriends Man City - I'd rank them lower.

#21 - Elite Plainfield Strikers - good team - way better than the D flight where they are now - good/decent B flight team IMO. I'd have them between 10 and 15.

?? - Europa - they dropped off? I saw they lost to CSA's B team but that's not a bad loss. I'd put them about 15.

Arsenal - they play only in northern county I think - very hard to compare them to the EDP teams.

CSA Monmouth is underrated. They’ve got some holes in their roster, but have 4 strong, talented players that carry the team and can compete with anyone in the state.

                            Thoughts

Iron bound lost to csa 5-4 and Liverpool by 1 goal, not sure why the keep slipping? They seem like good loses to me.

Csa Monmouth might play csa II this weekend so that game could tell us a lot.

This week vs NYRB is a formidable opponent.
They are a quality side. We hope to see them in the top 25 once again.

I posted the list that put teams into groups and then ranked each group - in that list, I put Ironbound at about #15.

IMO, Ironbound is close in ability to teams like Europa and Torpedoes (and maybe Plainfield too but I didn't include Plainfield since I only looked at teams in the top 2 flights even though I think Plainfield should be in the B flight - definitely not in the D flight where they are now).

Ironbound is good but likely the weakest or second weakest in the north A flight. They won the B flight last fall but they were very close in scores and standings with 2 other teams and they lost one EDP league game that season.
