Nefc is the only club that consistently gives out free rides to top players. That’s how they grew. In their early tax disclosure filings they accidentally listed them.

Op here, so some top players can get a total free ride at some clubs due to the players playing experience? Or just a break? Even at U11? If so, seems it would be a difficult thing to implement regarding other experienced team and/or club players

Like your salary, nobody should be blabbing to others what they pay. You work your own deal and shut up about it.

The other players. Like some pay lower taxes, someone else has to cover it. Someone gets a special salary to move to a company, then that leaves less for raises for those already here.

But, again, it's no different then when you out the new person hired that does the same job as you was put in at a level 2 while you're at a level 1.

Have you never put together a corporate budget before? It's a business expense that is prorated over the entire club. Probably costs a couple of bucks per family. It's really not any different than prorating club travel expenses over the entire club like some club do.
