Honestly when has TBU ever given a crap for anyone on the second team. year after year they say they are about development and will give girls changes to grow and develop and play for the highter teams. This never happens. As a matter of fact most of the coaches on the second team discourage girls to "leave them". AB is the worst. He has let the girls side go to crap and has not paid any attending to anyone but the ECNL teams he has messed up. Look what happened to the 04s....how many coaches have they had this year?

When has TBU ever even listened to their "customers" and keep the same people on the same jobs doing the same poor work. Last time I heard parents complaining some of the leaders ex...AB. ripped those parents apart.

Its not AB, he is only there for the ECNL. It is George Fotopoulos fault, he is the DOC for the girls outside ECNL and Academy (2nd, 3rd, 4th,....team). George is too passive, he does not like confrontation. He tries to make everyone happy, which is impossible. Not a good treat to have in upper management. There are times people need to hear the truth and be let go. Charlie needs to step in and shake up the senior staff on both sides, boys and girls.

Look... MG was busted with the Fishhawk's DOC while she was married. She needed a job, TBU needs a coach for their south campus team after the whole south campus mass exist to Liverpool. She was just a USA league level coach, coaching what typically are lesser teams from the south campus (no offence south campus). GF's philosophy is to have female coaches coaching girls. There is no problem with that, but when the level of soccer is beyond the level of the coach, a change in needed. NOW

So, I'm sure she feels that kids don't need to be thought the technical side of soccer. Come watch, the girls can't even trap a simple ball or shoot the ball from the top of the box and not roll on the ground.

I have no idea if she's a great coach or a terrible one... just couldn't help but read this thread. The fact that a woman coach keeps her baby on the sideline should really be irrelevant to all this. I think that's great that TBU allows that. Now, if she's always late and stinks as a coach, then complain away. But leave the motherhood part out of this, please.

I have no idea if she's a great coach or a terrible one... just couldn't help but read this thread. The fact that a woman coach keeps her baby on the sideline should really be irrelevant to all this. This has nothing to do with being a mother. She has 2 older teenagers that can watch the baby during the time we are paying for. And who is suppose to watch the kid on the sideline??? So there is relevancy. We were told the baby would not be a distraction, but it is when she shows up to the field on time but takes 15 minutes to actually step on the field because she is breast feeding in her car. Then, during practice (again, the time we are paying for) she has to attend to the baby. THEN, she straps the baby to her chest and has the baby bouncing around while she tries to coach is just not right. Talking about shaken baby syndrome. And yes, she stinks as a coach. The 3rd and 4th team coaches are better, and that is saying a lot.
