GPS has only enough teams to support MJ. Jorge requires a paycheck. Makes you wonder about the sales job Jorge used to give about GPS being the only club that could get your daughter a college scholarship.

Maybe GPS and ADF should merge. (Or better yet, MJ should go to work from ADF and tell Bayern Munich bitte schön, verpiss dich!)

1) Both for-profit soccer "clubs' under one umbrella. (Where the rest of us can keep an eye on 'em).
2) Give ADF a girls' program. MJ can run the girls, Jo can continue to work with the boys
3) More F-Bomb shirts. Youth teams that wear pro-team kit (unless an actual part of said pro team's academy system--GPS doesn't count) look silly and foolish.
4) Could also expand the personal training business.
5) A marriage of MJ's focus on tactics, with Jo's focus on technique, could actually be really good.
6) MJ Tate has an A license. ADF desperately wants to join the boys DA but can't, because none of their current staff have that credential.
7) Might even be able to join ECNL, especially if FC Portland gets booted from the program (or the parents decide that their participation in a travel league no longer makes sense given the talent pool).

Including the girls? Top boys in the state are mostly in DA already; those that aren't mostly can't afford ADF.

Realized that ECNL is a better platform for college recruiting. They like MJ and the team, but college rosters and recruiting lists speak for themselves.
