Yep, no longer a rumor that DA & ECNL are both a farce now. Gladly dropping down to New England NPL.

I'm glad that these announcements are out there and now parents, players and clubs can focus on providing the best experience possible for next year.

Hopefully, the ECNL clubs take in some of the positives from GDA like a more balanced training curriculum, video analysis, fitness, etc. and improve the experience and "development" there.

It will be interesting to see how GDA restructures things, but at least in the NE, there will be no question that ECNL will remain a highly competitive league.
