Go to any men’s college game vs a women’s college game and count the spectators, same goes for MLS vs NWSL. Go to a HS game even. It’s not even close. Women’s soccer is almost as unwatchable as women’s basketball. The pace, physicality, etc can’t be compared.
Yes women's soccer is painful. It's why there will never be a substantial professional league. No one wants to watch it, not even many soccer fans.

Yet it does for female athletes. Of course there is a huge difference in the game, as it is in all sports when comparing males to females. That doesn't change the facts though.
If you are going to hang your hat on the fact that males are better athletes, well there is saying from the '80's about that - Duh!

The more relevant comparison is men's vs women's soccer. Same season same sport
Compare mens soccer tofootball
Same gender same season both suck
Who do the spectators go see?

Biff and Karen chase out the coach. Year later how are they doing? Check season stats, too funny. Be careful what you wish for. A once dominant program is now laughable.
