you all know that "NPL" at u12b is for parents and no one else, right? i assume this super NPL team are the best 13-20 plays throughout the club?

Other than GPS, Bolts, NEFC are there any smaller clubs that have quality teams at this age? CSU? Galway? Rams? Select? just trying to name a few of the smaller clubs on the south shore i dont know much about.... Wouldn't assume any would be a top 5 team but could they crack a top 10 or top 15 and be competitive
