The Jamaican player on United Soccer Alliance, was invited to play with them but refused. Got invited to U18 US Camp. So how did she do there? You think she may have burned a bridge with her home country? What if the US team doesn't pick her. What will she do then. The opportunity may have left her behind to play on a national level.

It was probably a good call on her family's part. What bridge would you rather burn - US WNT or Jamaican WNT?

But she is not on the US team. She only attended a camp. She was on the Jamaican team. I am just saying that she had a place on that team and to give it up to try out for the US team, was that a right decision. Until she makes the US team she is not on the team. Anyway you call it, she not on any roster for the US.

Yes, very amazing. What was the score when they played the United States? The team Jamaica beat in PKs lost pretty handily as well. Sad state of affairs. The US victimized the left back for Jamaica so bad they moved her to forward by the end of the game. LOL.

Once again, you're missing the point. It's not about how badly Jamaica lost to the US, or that Jamaica beat the other team in PKs. It's the fact that they are the first Caribbean women's team to make it to the Women's World Cup. That, dear hater, is an amazing feat for the Caribbean. They may lose every game in the World Cup, but damn it, they made it!

Not missing the point at all dipwad! They made history. Do you want a banana to go with the trophy? They will make history again when they lose every game at the World Cup by 10 goals. They suck! Damn it!

It is more than the U.S. MNT can say - at least they made it.

So is this the girl that tried out for the US team? First off that Jamaican girl will never make the US team. The US girls are far better players then anyone on the Jamaican team by far. Also why is there a Jamaican girl even going to camp for the US? That how stupid US Soccer is letting other countries tryout for the team. I just don't get it. You can't play for two countries.

Let me remind you that the US got screwed on a goal that shouldn’t have counted if there was VAR and missed out on going. Secondly, there is a huge divide in women’s soccer and when qualifying has scored of 11-0 and 10-0 etc. it just goes to show you how watered down it is. There are good club teams that would have eviscerated the teams that were in qualifying. At the end of the day, Jamaica and their players suck. There is no reason to claim them the next big thing when they are at least six goals worse than the two teams at the top of the table in the United States and Canada. When you look at some of the other teams that are still left to qualify it is not going to get pretty either.

If Jamaica had our resources they would dominate.
