It was a long time coming but they made it official last night. No girls program as of next year. Parents were hearing rumors but nobody would confirm officially.

Of course the program is profitable. BS doesn't care enough to make it work. They stopped caring about girls a long time ago. They only tried to revamp it when they wanted more money. I feel for the players but this isn't at all surprising

Ten years? They really don't have any older teams left any longer, just younger teams. Not mangling termers unless they have brothers there. One of my girls tried our there 4 (? 5?) years ago because I had always been impressed with BS coaching. But it had the stench of death already. MK was too busy with BDA to pay any attention to the girls. By the time he started caring it was too late. Not showing up is a douche move but kind of not surprising
