Correct. Their Premier & Elite teams are not a branch, but over all the branches (from U13 and on). Then under that are the regional branches that each have United and Barcelona teams. Different branches are better than others at different age groups. The NEFC RI/SC GU14's are probably the strongest GU14 under their Elite/Premier teams (and probably pretty close to Premier team).

That is right. That SC/RI region contributes most impact players to NEFC's elite teams. At U12 there is no Premier or Elite team so they are still powerful. At U13, there is an Elite team (no Premier) so they start to get a little picked over. By U14 there is a Premier team added and people are a little more willing to travel to Marlboro so things get a little more diluted in the regions by that point.
