Consolidate talent. Put the best players together. Play at the highest level possible. Challenge for the top rank in the SE region. Sounds like something every team/club would want. If you have issues with some legacy players being left behind, it’s probably because your daughter is one of them.

What is there to motivate a talented kid to push themselves on a team where they have no competition for position or playing time? Why wouldn’t a player want to be on a team with other serious players, and why wouldn’t the parents want to put their kids in a competitive situation that would promote growth and development?

Your kid is one of the 18 floating along in the wake of the gifted 3 players that account for 95% of your goals. You better hope two more kids from out of state don't arrive in May for tryouts, because, with the exception of those three players winning all the matches, everyone else (minus the Bradpack) are fair game. How much time is your kid getting on the field? From my vantage point...it matters.

The FESA striker was injured in the pre-season tournament and is just now getting back into form. She scored twice against OC and once against FKK this past weekend according to box score.

The really "good" former FESA striker hasn't done anything and is getting terribly outplayed by the incumbent JFC striker. She is VERY good.
Three goals out of the six scored this weekend were score by the player you are talking about. She leads the team in assists by far. Get your facts straight so you don’t look like the ass that you obviously are.

Looks like Orlando City not as good as advertised. They lost to GSA and Concorde Platinum last week. Concorde Platinum is not a surprise, but expected to beat GSA.
TBU
Prime
OC
FL Pre (top 5 team in the state)

Area teams
South East would have the best team in the state if the best girls played on 1 team. Prime, Weston, sting and Palm beach put forth their studs. And we will take TBU’s top player that lives down here. No one stronger, most talent in Florida this age.
