Fox guarding the henhouse. Has there been enough time for developing? 2 seasons of poor performances, horrible training, shrinking player pool, and constant disappointment. So called great coaching staff doesn't show up half the time.

US Soccer should have pulled the DA.

They won't - they are too desperate to keep market share. At worst the club is on double secret probation ;)

They will not be able to meet the required criteria that has been set in order to keep the DA after the next season. Player pool and talent has continued to shrink each season.

              (7) Staff and player respect

Yeah, sure. There are plenty of clubs that don't abide by USSF rules and/or aren't meeting criteria. If USSF is desperate enough again next year little will change. The entire league needs to shrink in order to improve club and player quality but USSF isn't ready to give up on trying to put ECNL out of business.

So that's the new flavored Kool-Aid. WFF GDA is circling the drain.
                    Thanks YY.

It's free for Celtic. For a small club that's like going from drinking Jack Daniels to Johnnie Walker. Plus you don't even have to pay for it. Even if it's only for a season it's worth it.

Chargers don’t follow any of this (especially #1) and have had the DA for 10+ years. When are you going to realize that non-MLS DA is a joke? It really no better than FSPL, NPL, Ecnl etc. I have seen several kids come in and out of the DA and when they play they are no better than the non-DA players...

This criteria was given to WFF in order to keep the GDA after this season. Whatever the Chargers does is irrelevant. WFF were given these standards to meet in order to keep the GDA after next season.

I didn't realize things at Celtic were so bad that they would think so highly of the clown show at WFF.

WFF should make the DA playoffs with the help of Celtic. With two powerhouses linking up they are destined for greatness.
