One could argue a conflict of interest given her continued support of ECNL while taking a new position of the GDA. She will need to be careful not to recruit kids to either program. But if she is promoting the love of the game and teaching youth to play better soccer while earning a larger paycheck, then the benefit goes to the kids and herself. She didn't design this quagmire that we call Oregon Youth Soccer - she is merely navigating the landscape and using her entrepreneurial spirit to make a living.
