So pretty much the same as it was for Albertson SC -- no dedicated faciilty and get fields where you can. Where will they be practicing?
It appears that both Fury GDA and Alby ECNL are practicing at Mitchel, at least during pre-season.

They had no fields lined up when people had to commit. Fury GDA was originally planning to be out in Suffolk...now they are practicing a few blocks away from LISC. Albertson ECNL and Fury GDA are not really distinct since the same people are involved and the teams practice at the same place. So, it's more a commentary on how the GDA rollout is progressing.

This is boilerplate language that ECNL required them to publish. World Class put up a similar message.

What is said and what is done are different stories.

ECNL is to blame. If they aren't going to enforce their own rules why should Alby or WC worry?

The local ECNL reps were Dewhurst and O'Neill. One is busy with the upcoming College season and I bet the other is busy with the FC Stars tournament.
ECNL has never had any real desire to enforce anything unless it represents a direct threat to the 2 Clubs mentioned.

They made a fuss when WC/Alby got the GDA They removed tambi for the sidelines on ECNL gamedays even tho the GDA had not started. They insisted on the disclaimers but as far as I can see, they have no way of enforcing anything. Now tryouts are kinda over and teams picked, they have no need to.
