SSS in MA doesn't have team training sessions, on mass group sessions, and Matchfit is packing their teams with 30 players. STA has 12 players on their rosters and nobody wants to play for Seacoast. We are looking pretty good here in NY
So NY is the tallest midget? Woot woot.🎉🎉

SSS is still better than anything NY has to offer.

          A letter to Mr. Feldgoise,

You have done a terrific job leading NYSC, I commend you on your choice of Carlos Mejia to run the girls side. Unfortunately unlike some professional sports franchises, there is no greater benefit to losing. There will be no high draft picks. In all seriousness, unless the only bottom line you care about if profits, it is time for a change. Make soccer great again!

Girls DA is "all about the training", "results don't matter". "our girls are looking to improve", "it's not about playing in college, some players actually have higher ambitions". Geez

WC (Formally NYCFC) is now ECNL, Fury is a sh_t show, and LISC is terrible...what other options you got?

Very true. If you want GDA or can't get on a decent ECNL team, there aren't many options and it's made worse with geography and terrible traffic.

NYSC supposedly has a lot of kids playing HS soccer so maybe results will get better once that's done. Their U15 and U19 rosters are very thin and those are the two teams doing the worst. U16s are wildcard and U17s are in playoff contention (obviously still very early). I don't know how the U19s muster the will to play. The 15 player roster is 0-5-0 for the regular season and already at a -17 GD

U19 is awful and has been for a while, since they merged the old FCWE and NY SC teams. The other age groups are doing ok with the exception of the 06 team, which is also a weak age group.

It is telling that the U15 roster is thin. That was one of the most talented teams in the club . Anyone who some them play, knows they played well as a team, had depth and persevered through injuries along with a stud goalie who could keep them in any game. Fast forward, 3 years of ****ty coaches and Carlos at the helm, the team is "thin" and not doing well. They have still have the goalie and a couple of the key players but no bench.

If the GK, or any of the NYSC players were smart, and good enough, they would go to NYCFC/WC, we did that, best move ever....

Actually the current 19’s had some talent in the age group the first year of GDA but they had a terrible coach. He was all about the fcwe girls who were in most cases the weaker players. The epitome of this was his fav players, who he let play HS, first game back he played them vs the worst team in the league, who had no subs, at home...and lost:))))) A bunch of kids left and it has only gotten worse since. They gave that loser their best team which added players from nycfc and fury’s est player. Let see how long it takes for him to F this up!

I don't know, some u19 talent?? I know that team pretty good, and have them play at National events, and to be honest I doubt any of them would of made the NYCFC team roster just across the river...brutal but true.

Yeah it's just that easy to get on an already max'd out roster. And while it isn't for everyone, some players wanted to stay in GDA. If you're anywhere in that area you either do NYSC or you're spending your days in the car trying to get out to LI (no thanks to either of those clubs), NJ or CT. Pick your poison.

This has been disused to death on the NY GDA forum, and your 2 lame excuses are as old as the hills, and yet you know in your heart, that NYCFC/WC is the better (and more competitive) environment....
