Makes them. Until the current owner sells the club, which is his main goal, nothing will change. And then it will only change if the new owner is (a) very well funded and (b) committed to developing players for the first team. If you kid is older than 10, that time line doesn’t work for him. And you’d be insane to play at OC if you have other options.

Did this guy really make a thread about himself on an anonymous online forum and then spent months trying to talk himself up as a U-14 coach? Lolol
Him and OC are a perfect fit for each other. Classless and more concerned about furthering their own careers rather than doing what’s best for the kids. Stop competing for meaningless titles and bragging about winning games with kids. If you’re that good, you wouldn’t be coaching kids in the DA. You’d be with a professional first team or with a senior national team.
Guys like this are what’s wrong with American soccer. We let in too many bad apples that are more focused on Facebook likes and Instagram posts than they are with making sure that these kids enter society with the right values and tools to succeed.
Not surprised he’s leaving one dumpster fire (Weston) for another (OC). Hope he learns from the mistakes made at his old clubs and does right by the kids.
