Regardless of the direction of the movement, kids should play where they want. The days of local club peeing-contests are over, and the more you cling to those days the slower Oregon soccer will progress.

Not cool fellow FC parent who posted this. If the kid decides to join us, it will be known by Westside more immediately and by the other clubs as we play them next.
There was no reason to post that. He’s twelve and making a tough decision. Let it play out naturally. Let’s keep it classy.
By the way, thought he looked pretty decent. Good luck to him wherever he ends up.

FC 1, WT 1. Should be a wild, wet one this weekend. Be happy it's not at Poowerlines.
Crossfire 3, CFC 1. Will "AJS" score a goal? Does anyone besides his mama care? I sure don't.
BSC 5, ET 2. Will go out on a limb here, and predict that Eastside gets their first multi-goal game. Not their first victory, however.
OYSA:
ETFC 6, Red2 1. Eugene wants to wrest the Fall League crown from Bend, and needs two wins to do it. They'll get the first against WashT's B team.
Salmon Creek 3, HSC 2. Should be a muddy affair at Felidia Park. Aren't there any turf fields up in north Vancouver?
ADF 5, Copa 1. And to think that Copa finished higher in Clash at the Border....
GPS 3, RVT 2. Home field will tip this to GPS. Plus Rogue Valley has a player on suspension.
4H 3, RVT 2. 4H locks up a top-four seed in State Cup.
Cuervos 5, Navy 1. Cuervos also gets a necessary win in their quest to topple Bend from the top spot.

Didn't publish a DA poll last week due to the tournament; the poll from two weeks ago is as follows:
1) WashT (7-0-1). Clobbers BSC.
2) FC (6-2-0). Holds off CFC.
3) Crossfire (5-2-1). Clobbers Eastside.
4) Westside (3-3-1). Idle.
5) CFC(3-4-0). Lost a close one to FC.
6) BSC (2-5-1): Got waxed by Washington.
7) Eastside (0-7-0). Likewise by Crossfire.
1) WashT (7-0-1). Bye week. Finishes up fall with a visit to Charlie's Carpet.
2) FC (7-2-0). Def. WT 6-2. Hosts WashT.
3) Crossfire (5-2-2). Ties CFC 2-2. Hosts BSC.
4T) Westside (3-4-1). Lost to FC 6-2. Visits Eastside this weekend.
4T) CFC (3-4-1). Tied Crossfire, is off this weekend.
6) BSC (3-5-1). Beat Eastside. Travels to West Linn to face Crossfire.
7) Eastside (0-8-0). Lost to BSC. Host Westside this weekend.

Last week's OYSA poll:
1. Bend (8-1-3). Finish fall season with 27 points. Two teams can catch them, but until and unless they do, they keep the top spot.
2) ETFC (7-2-1). If they win there last two games, will win Fall League. Should be able to handle Red2 at Harmony this weekend; final game in two weeks at 4H.
3) Cuervos (6-1-3). Tie hurt them, but they could also reach Bend if they win their last two. Not sure who wins the tiebreaker, and too lazy to look it up. At FC Portland this weekend.
4) RVT (5-3-2). Can't win the league, but still in the driver's seat for a top seed. Finish their league schedule this weekend, visiting IFC on Saturday, 4H on Sunday.
5) IFC (5-3-2). Get the tie against the Crows, good enough to move up a spot. Host Rogue Valley.
6) ADF (5-4-1). Lose to 4H. Visit Copa this weekend. Probably out of running for top seed.
7) 4H (6-4-0). Have two games remaining. Host RVT on Sunday.
8) HSC (5-4-1). Knock off Copa. Visit Salmon Creek next weekend.
9) FCSC (3-5-1). Win the 2nd Battle of Vancouver handily. Host HSC.
10) Navy (3-7-0). Also knock off Copa. Cuervos comes to Liberty to visit.
12T) Copa (0-9-0). Pick up two close losses--hey, it's better than being blown out. Host ADF.
12T) Red2 (0-9-0). Get boatraced by Salmon Creek. Won't get easier as they host a Eugene team trying to knock Bend off their perch.
2) ETFC. (8-2-1). Beat WashT, visit 4H this weekend. If they win, OYSA Fall League is theirs. Otherwise it is either Bend or Cuervos.
3) Cuervos(7-1-3). Can tie Bend with a victory against Salmon Creek. Still haven't worked out the tiebreaker.
4) 4H (7-4-0). Defeated RVT, control their own destiny for a top-4 spot.
5) ADF (6-4-1). Defeated Copa. Final game against HSC this weekend.
6) RVT (6-4-2). Beat IFC, lost to 4H. Are now finished and will be watching other teams this weekend.
7) HSC (6-4-1). Beat Salmon Creek. Host ADF; winner gets fifth place. If they tie, we could have a four-team tie instead.
8) GPS (5-4-2). Gave up golden opportunity, was beaten by RVT. Now playing for a second seed. Visit FC Portland.
9) FCSC (3-6-1). Lost to Hillsboro. Finish up with a visit to the Crows, who will will be playing for a shot at the leauge championship.
10) FC (3-8-1). Defeated by the Crows, but have cemented their spot as the Best B Team. Host GPS.
12T) Red2 (0-11-0) and Copa (0-11-0). Playing each other this weekend at Harmony. Someone's gotta get a point out of this matchup.

Gotta love when a bunch of "adults" come out and anonymously post personal attacks on 12 year old boys. Hopefully you guys get some much needed mental help.
