Originally posted by Unregistered View PostIn terms of in state recruiting Oregon landed arguably the best Thorns player, best ecnl player and best OYSA player. But they often seem to think it’s someone else who needs to do some time on the bench to learn. It’s hard to imagine any of these three being content with a supporting role. And meanwhile Oregon has some returning forward firepower in Cook, Wormdahl, Hardy, Rask, and has Hasenour seeming to flourish in a more attacking role. Can’t make them all happy...
It's UO, you'd think they should be able to recruit some team speed, at a minimum.

Otherwise the signed NLI is guaranteed for 4 years at NLI agreed amount as long as academic standing is maintained. Luckily Oregon has lower academic minimums and she’ll really boost the Oregon team and help them beat the huskies, who think they have much better forwards. Go Ducks!

UW is not even top 100 of the most difficult schools to get into academically.

This doesn't make any sense.

Many people know. UW coach still wanted her of course but she didn’t qualify to play academically. Happens to athletes all the time. The good news is now she gets to play for the Ducks! Happy ending.
